Getting Things Started

Well the basic idea of this "web page" is to have a place for us to post updates on happenings in our lives. Our parents try to keep us informed, but we still miss out on significant, or not so significant, events in eachothers lives. Opa traveled across the sea to keep the family together - Kathy tried a newsletter - I thought I would try the internet! We don't see eachother as often anymore as our families are getting bigger and our lives busier.

So let's start with the Lissebecks. We moved to a new home this summer and our new address is 13353 Trailhead Place, San Diego, Ca 92129 - so send those christmas cards! It is a great area, a bigger home, and we hope to put in a pool this winter! Rylie is 4 1/2 and is in pre-kindergarten. Gavin is 2 and is in a day care program. They both are doing very well in their respective "schools". Rylie is very smart - Gavin is very athletic - hummmmmm :)

I left the firm and took a job with one of my clients who is also an attorney in February. We will become partners in the practice very soon - and we are doing very well - we actually spoke today about hiring another attorney, we are so busy! Mike is also doing very well - he is the head golf pro at The Grand Del Mar. The resort is under construction and the new club house will open in the summer-2006, with the hotel opening winter 2006. It will be a 5 star hotel, spa, and golf resort- you all know san diego is a great place to take a long weekend right!!

Anyway - that is the generic scoop - I'll keep you posted on things as they happen!
